If you have booked a ticket and wish to cancel, please contact us no less than 5 days before the date of the concert. We will issue a refund with a deduction of £1 for administration. See our full policy. It’s also very important to us that Music Box Members who have reserved free tickets but are unable to attend let us know that they can’t make it!

Yes. Many of our venues are quite small and we need to know how many people are coming. If you wish to cancel, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible so that we have a chance to fill the seat.

Yes, you are very welcome, subject to availability.  You will find ticket prices for each event on the relevant listing.  But please do remember to book a ticket rather than showing up at the door – we would hate to turn anyone away because the venue is full!

When you become a member of Music Box Wealden, your monthly subscription gives you unlimited access to all concerts and musical events provided by the organisation.  What’s more, you become part of a community which actively supports classical music and musicians in the Wealden area.

Music Box Wealden is not a registered charity but a Community Interest Company, a kind of limited company which exists to benefit the community rather than private shareholders.  Any profits that it makes must be used to increase the benefits which Music Box provides to the Wealden community.

Wealden is a largely rural local government district in East Sussex.  Most of our concerts will take place in this area, but we welcome concertgoers and members from anywhere and everywhere! 

Under 18s can attend all Music Box events free of charge – but please still book a ticket, so that we know how many people are coming!
