We will do our very best – though some of the small and unusual venues which we hope to use will not have all the facilities you would expect from a fully equipped concert hall. Please consult the relevant listing for details about access.

When you become a member of Music Box Wealden, your monthly subscription gives you unlimited access to all concerts and musical events provided by the organisation. What’s more, you become part of a community which actively supports classical music and musicians in the Wealden area.

A number of things. It will bring high quality classical music right into the heart of rural communities so that you don’t have to travel long distances to get to a concert you enjoy. It will provide work for local musicians in their own area. It will build a community of local music lovers who will all play a part in keeping musical culture alive and encouraging young musicians. And its subscription model will provide a steady income stream so that it can grow organically as its membership base expands.

You’ll need a valid ticket for admission to Music Box Wealden events. Please note that this also applies to Music Box Members, whose membership gives them free admission.

If Music Box Wealden cancels, reschedules, or changes the location of a concert we will offer a full refund to anyone who has bought a ticket.
If you buy a ticket but want to cancel you don’t have a statutory right to a refund. However, our policy is to refund the cost of your ticket (with the deduction of £1 for administration) if you inform us no less than five days before the date of the concert in question. This gives Music Box a reasonable amount of time in which to resell your ticket.

Tickets to Music Box Wealden concerts are not assigned to a specific seat but sold on a general admission basis.
If you’ve bought a ticket but can’t make it to the concert, you can resell it or give it to a friend or family member. But please note that the right of free admission which goes with membership is non-transferable.
