How do I cancel my ticket?

If you have booked a ticket and wish to cancel, please contact us no less than 5 days before the date of the concert. We will issue a refund with a deduction of £1 for administration. See our full policy. It’s also very important to us that Music Box Members who have reserved free tickets but are unable to attend let us know that they can’t make it!
